10-Year-Old, Carlos Perez Shot and Killed - America's Most Wanted (AMW)

On September 15, 2005, 10-year-old Carlos Perez was shot and killed in Clovis, NM. Police report that the boy was killed by accident during a gunfire in his bedroom. Police arrested the shooters, except for one man who's still on the loose, Noe Torres. Police state that Noe Torres has a tattoo of an eagle on his chest, he's 5'4" tall, weighs 150 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.

In August 2008, after airing the story in America's Most Wanted (AMW), Torres called AMW newsroom. Torres asked to turn himself in to producers. The crew from AMW rushed to New Mexico.

But Torres didn't show his face. Police report that Torres can be hiding in New Mexico, or may have crossed into Mexico. Police are counting on people who know where Torres is hiding to make the call at 1-800-CRIME-TV.

It's amazing how people can get away with murder. I hope the police or AMW find Noe Torres, and finally arrest him.
